• Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery regarding any exchange request.

• We do not provide reverse pickup services.
• Customers must self-courier the product to our address.
• Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Returns Policy

Damaged or Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images or videos.
• Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement using the fastest available courier service.
• All products pass through multiple quality checks before dispatch, but in rare cases, issues may occur—and we will resolve them promptly.

When Exchange Will Not Be Accepted

Exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Products that are customized or made-to-order
• Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage
• Missing original tags or packaging
• Requests raised after the allowed time period
